Obviously this isn’t as possible if you work on the 25th floor of a high rise, but if you work on the fourth, climbing the stairs is a great way to get some exercise in. If you do work on a very high floor, why not get off the elevator a few floors earlier and walk the rest of the way? Most people will decide to be sluggish and take an elevator instead of choosing exercise on the stairs. Even just a sole flight of stairs, when walked up or down a few times a day--can be a great improvement to your system.

Drink water, not alternative drinks. Sipping a soda or cup of coffee every so often won't hurt you too badly. Using them for your sole source of hydration, however, is dumb. Ingesting water instead of other types of drinks is a good way to help your body in its health and hydration. This also helps you decrease your caloric intake by hundreds of points without having to buy and eat gross diet foods. Water is typically one of the keys to really losing weight and leading a healthful lifestyle.

There are plenty of things you can do to become healthy. Extensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the solution. You can do little things every day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being smart about the choices you make each day is a start. Looking to get in as much physical activity as possible is another. Don't ignore that health isn't only about how much you weigh. You need your body to be powerful too.

Ingredients of fried fish

  1. You need 5 of fish filets (flounder, cod, stripped bass).
  2. You need 1 cup of buttermilk.
  3. Prepare 1 of egg.
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup of water.
  5. Prepare 1 cup of corn meal.
  6. It's 4 tbsp of flour.
  7. Prepare 4 tbsp of old bay seasonings.
  8. It's 1 of enough oil for frying, or use deep fryer or bake at 400 whatever your preferance.

  1. beat egg , buttermilk, and water well.
  2. mix cornmeal, flour and seasonings in separate dish.
  3. dip fish in milk then dry mix, either bake on cookie sheet for 20 min or fry about 3-5 min on each side until golden brown.
