Water is the best drinks out there. Soda and coffee, when used in moderation, aren't that bad. Getting all of your hydration from them is a horrendous idea. Ingredients of French fries and oven grilled cat fish

  1. You need of Cat fish.
  2. It's of Irish Potatoes.
  3. Prepare of Pepper, ginger, garlic.
  4. You need of Spices,salt seasoning.

French fries and oven grilled cat fish instructions

  1. Peel, cut and fry your Irish potatoes.
  2. Wash your Irish with vinegar/ lime/ashes/salt to remove the slime.
  3. Blend/ pound pepper, ginger and garlic together. And in your seasoning,salt, spices spring onions and mix together.
  4. Dry your fish with paper towel, gently massage the fish with your pepper sauce (deep inside in fish).
  5. Cover fish with foil and place in refrigerator to marinate for an hour.
  6. Preheat your gas grill and place your marinated fish. Check on the fish after some minute to flip over so both side are properly grilled.
  7. Serve with your fresh fries. Enjoyy.
