When you choose water over other beverages you are helping your body remain very healthy and hydrated. Fish Bake

Ingredients of Fish Bake

  1. Prepare 500 Grams of Fish Fillet.
  2. It's 500 Millilitres of Milk.
  3. You need 2 Tablespoons of Flour.
  4. Prepare 3 Tablespoons of Butter.
  5. It's 2 Cups of Potatoes Mashed.
  6. Prepare of Salt.
  7. Prepare of Pepper.
  8. Prepare 2 Tablespoons of Bread Crumbs.
  9. Prepare 1/2 of Onion.
  10. You need of Celery.

Fish Bake instructions

  1. In a deep pan boil the fillets with half an onion peppercorns, celery & salt.
  2. Once fish is cooked drain the excess water n flake the fillets using a fork (ensure no bones are there).
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour. Add the milk slowly stirring continuously to make a thick white sauce..
  4. Grease your baking tray with butter and line the dish with the flaked fish..
  5. Pour the white sauce over the fish till it is fully covered. Add peeper as per your taste.
  6. Cover the white sauce & fish with mashed potatoes. Take a chunk of the mash and flatten it in between your palms and place it over the mixture till fully covered.
  7. Using a wet pastry brush smooth the mash and top it with bread crumbs & grated cheese (optional).
  8. Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 C for 20 mins.
  9. Serve hot with garlic bread or dinner rolls.

Preptime: 30 Minutes

Cooktime: 38 Minutes

Serve: 1 Persons
