  12. It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Red Chili powder.
  14. You need 1 tsp of roasted crushed Cumin.
  15. Prepare 1 tbspn of roasted crushed coriander.
  16. You need 1 pinch of Black Seeds.
  17. Prepare 1 tbspn of whole spices.
  18. Prepare 1/4 tsp of garam masala powder.

  1. In a wok add half oil and whole garam masala, onions and fry..
  2. Jab thory fry ho Jain half nikal lain plate ma with whole spices..
  3. Add reminding half oil and tomatoes in wok and cook until tomatoes soft ho Jain..
  4. Add Tomatoes mixture, garlic cloves, ginger and 1 green chilli in blender and blend..
  5. Ab wok ma Jo half fry Onion nikaly thy wo dalein and Chicken fry karein colour change honay tak..
  6. Now add blend Mixture and cook well..
  7. Add red chilli powder, crushed Cumin and crushed coriander..
  8. Add pinch black seeds, turmeric powder and black pepper powder..
  9. Add salt and cook add 1 green chilli cook well..
  10. Now add lemon juice and cook well until done. Sprinkle half chopped coriander and green chilli slices..
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves, green chilli, Julienne cut ginger and sprinkle garam masala powder..
