Little things, when done each day, can do a lot to enable you to get healthy and lose pounds. Being intelligent about the decisions you make each day is a start. Trying to get in as much exercise as possible is another. Remember: being healthful isn’t just about slimming down. You really want your body to be strong too.

  2. It's 4 of tspn unsalted butter.
  3. You need 1/2 tbsp of sweet paprika.
  4. You need 1/2 tbsp of dried basil.
  5. It's 1/8 of tspn salt.
  6. Prepare 1/8 of tspn lemon juice.
  7. It's 4 of lemon slices.

  1. Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper. Put the fish on the baking sheet..
  2. Melt butter in the small glass bowl. Add sweet paprika, dried basil, salt and lemon juice..
  3. Spread the marinate on both sides of fish using cooking brush or spoon. Marinate for 20 minutes. Below is the size of one of the fillets..
  4. Preheat oven to 180C.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes uncovered.Serve and enjoy🤤🤤.
