Ingredients of Oven grilled tilapia fish

  1. It's 1 of medium size tilapia fish.
  2. It's 2 of bell pepper.
  3. You need of 3 scotch bonnets(atarugu).
  4. It's 1 of small onion.
  5. Prepare of Spring onion.
  6. It's 1/2 tsp of fish masala.
  7. It's of I garlic.
  8. You need 1 of large lemon.
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
  10. You need 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
  11. Prepare 1/2 of chili powder.
  12. It's 1/2 tsp of garlic powder.
  13. It's 1/2 tsp of ginger powder.
  14. You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
  15. It's 1/2 tsp of lemon powder.
  16. You need of Maggi.
  17. Prepare of Cabbage.
  18. Prepare of Potatoes or yam (as sides).

  1. Wash your fish with lemon and water and pat dry it with a kitchen towel or tissue paper.
  2. Mix your spices(garlic,ginger,coriander,lemon powder,salt,fish masala,chili powder)and rub it on your fish.
  3. Put your fish on a foil pepper and add some slices of lemon and onion and then foil it.
  4. Set your oven at 200 degree and put your fish in it and grill it for 5 mins.
  5. For your pepper sauce you blend your bell pepper,scotch bonnet,garlic and onions.
  6. Add a little amount of oil in your pan and then add your pepper mixture and your salt and Maggie for taste.
  7. Fry it on a low heat until oil starts to come out of it.
  8. For the sides;chop your cabbage and onions and set aside then fry or grill your potatoes or yam.
  9. Tadaaa!!.
