  12. You need of Spring onions.
  13. You need of Chopped garlic.
  14. It's cubes of Thyme,black pepper,ginger,onga,tumeric,curry,seasoning.

  1. 4 d dough get a clean bowl pour in ur flour,baking powder,salt,sugar, 1egg,1/2 butter and mix until well combine den start adding ur cold water until u form a soft dough.
  2. For ur filling u start adding some little oil in ur pan add in ur Onion, pepper,and chopped garlic stir until soft,then add ur shredded fish stir and fry for 3min,then add ur spices &seasonings & continue frying it on a low heat then add ur spring onions and stir u are done.
  3. Divide ur dough into two then roll one flat,den flat it and fill in ur fish filling at d edge then start folding it,at each edge put some water on d edge in other for it to close wen u roll in after dat cut it into 4 with ur knife,then grease ur pan with butter and arrange ur fish pie,after dat egg wash ur fish pie and bake at 250f 15-20min.
