Ingredients of Homemade Vanilla Ice cream

  1. Prepare 2 cups of Full cream Milk.
  2. Prepare 1/8 cup of Milk powder.
  3. You need 1/8 cup of Sugar.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of Corn flour.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of Vanilla extract.
  6. Prepare of Food Colour.

  1. In a saucepan add full cream milk, sugar, milk powder and stir..
  2. Turn on your cooking gas to low heat and place the pan bring to a boil..
  3. In a separate bowl mix corn flour with 25ml of full cream milk and mix together gentlly add it to your boiling milk and stir until lightly tick..
  4. Turn off the cooking gas and let it cool completely..
  5. Using a hand mixer on low speed whip it for 1mins add vanilla extract and whip to incorporate. Pour mixture into an airtight container and freeze for 1hour..
  6. Bring mixture out of fridge and whip it again divide the mixture in half add food colour to One portion and decorating in an airtight container..
  7. Place a plastic wrap an cover with a lid. Freeze for 8hours or overnight. Serve chilled or with garnish with some fruit slice. Enjoy.
