Most people will decide to be sluggish and take an elevator instead of getting exercise on the stairs. Even if you only have a single flight to climb, climbing along it during the day is a great way to get extra exercise.
Water is the very best drinks out there. Drinking a soda or cup of coffee once in awhile won't hurt you too badly. It is, however, a bad idea to solely drink soda or coffee.
