Even just a individual flight of stairs, when walked up or down a few times a day--can be a great improvement to your system.

Drink water, not alternative beverages. Soda and coffee, when consumed in small amounts, aren't that bad. It is, however, a bad idea to only drink soda or coffee. Choosing water as an alternative to other beverage adds to your body's health and helps it stay hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Productive weight loss efforts often depend solely on water intake.

There are a whole lot of things that work toward your getting healthy. Not all of them necessitate fancy gym memberships or restricted diets. It is the little things you choose day after day that really help you with weight loss and getting healthy. Being intelligent when you choose your food and activities is where it begins. Wanting to get in as much physical exercise as possible is another. Don't forget that health isn't only about just how much you weigh. You need your body to be strong too.

  1. It's 2 cups of whipping cream.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of condensed milk.
  3. You need of Your favourite topping: berries/bananas/ chocochips/nuts.
  4. Prepare of Your favourite flavour: mint/vanilla essence.

  1. This is my go to brand of whipping cream.. just chill it overnight then measure 2 cups of it and whip till it peaks.
  2. For condensed milk you could buy from stores or make some (I'll do a recipe on its own on this).. measure a cup and set aside.
  3. In a bowl mix the whipped cream and condensed milk and whip it up a bit.
  4. Add your chopped strawberries or oreos and your flavour either vanilla or mint.. i like to do a variety.
  5. Pour in a container seal it and freeze overnight.
  6. On this super sunny day.. some ice cream is just in the freezer 😍😍 scoop some for you and your kid and enjoy.
