Even if you do live or work on one of the higher floors, you can still get off of the elevator first and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. Lots of people choose the easy elevator ride instead of making an effort on the stairs. Even if you only have one flight to climb, climbing down and up it during the day is a great way to get extra exercise.
Water is the most effective drinks out there. Soda and coffee, when consumed in moderation, aren't that bad. It is definitely, however, a bad idea to exclusively drink soda or coffee. When you choose water more than other beverages you are helping your body remain very healthy and hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is often one of the keys to successful weight reduction and healthfulness.
There are a whole lot of things that contribute to your getting healthy. Not all of them demand fancy gym memberships or limited diets. You can do small things each day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being smart when you choose your food and actions is where it begins. A proper amount of physical activity each day is also necessary. Don't ignore that health isn't only about just how much you weigh. You want your body to be strong too.
