Choosing water as an alternative to other beverage adds to your body's health and helps it stay hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Successful weight loss efforts often depend entirely on water consumption.

There are many things you can pursue to become healthy. Intensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the solution. You can do little things each day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being intelligent about the decisions you make each day is a start. Trying to get in as much physical activity as possible is another. The numbers on the scale aren't the only indication of your health levels. You need to help to make your body as strong it can be.

  1. Combine all your spring roll ingredients, except the flour and water mix, and wrappers..
  2. Place your cut up wrappers under a damp cloth to stop them drying out..
  3. Apply your flour and water paste to one of the squares and stick another square to it..
  4. Brush more mix around the edges of the square..
  5. Add 1Tbsp of mix near to one of the corners..
  6. Roll up your wrapper halfway, fold the sides in and then finish rolling it up. You might want to look on YouTube to get it right..
  7. Repeat this with all your wrappers. You should be able to make 16 rolls..
  8. Fry your spring rolls for approximately 2 minutes on each side..
  9. While your spring rolls fry, combine your soup ingredients and bring to the boil..
  10. Add your spring rolls to your soup and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes..
  11. Serve and enjoy!.
