So many people pick the elevator over climbing even a single flight of stairs. Even just a individual flight of stairs, when walked up or down a few times a day--can be a great boost to your system.

Water is the most effective beverage out there. Soda and coffee, when consumed in small amounts, aren't that bad. Using them for your only source of hydration, conversely, is dumb. Choosing water as opposed to other beverage adds to your body's health and allows it stay hydrated. Homemade Spicy Chili

Ingredients of Homemade Spicy Chili

  1. You need 1 lb of Ground Meat.
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp of Chili Powder.
  3. You need 1 large of Onion, chopped.
  4. It's 3 clove of of Garlic, chopped.
  5. It's 2 of Jalapeño pepper, chopped (seeded for less spice).
  6. You need 1 can of of Kidney Beans, drained.
  7. You need 1 can of Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies.
  8. It's 1 can of Tomato Paste.
  9. It's 2 large of Sweet Peppers, chopped.
  10. It's 1 tbsp of Brown Sugar.
  11. It's 1 tsp of Vinegar.
  12. It's 1 tbsp of Cumin.
  13. It's 1 tsp of Italian Seasoning.
  14. You need 2 tbsp of Parsley.
  15. You need 2 tbsp of Oregano.
  16. It's 2 of Bay Leaves.
  17. It's 4 cup of Water.
  18. You need 1 of Sour Cream (or sour cream sub.; See below) for topping (Optional).
  19. You need 1 of Chives, chopped for topping (Optional).
  20. Prepare 1 cup of Shredded Cheese (Cheddar, Mexican or 3 Cheese).
  21. It's 1 of Homemade Sour Cream/ Sour Cream sub = 3/4 plain low fat yogurt mixed with 1/4 butter. Whip with a large spoon until thoroughly blended..

Homemade Spicy Chili instructions

  1. Season meat with garlic powder, season salt and black pepper..
  2. In a crock pot, heat oil and sauté onions and garlic..
  3. When onions are tender add meat and stir meat, crumbling until brown..
  4. Add chili powder and continue to stir..
  5. Add can of diced tomatoes with chilies and stir..
  6. Add beans and continue to stir..
  7. Add jalapeños and sweet peppers and vinegar..
  8. Add cumin, parsley, Italian seasoning and oregano and continue to stir. Add bay leaves..
  9. Add can of tomato paste and 2 cups of water and continue to stir..
  10. Add brown sugar and stir..
  11. Season with additional chili powder, parsley and garlic powder to taste..
  12. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes..
  13. Add 2 more cups of water and stir until boiling again. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes..
  14. Serve chili and top with cheese, diced celery or chives, sour cream, and sliced jalapeño..
  15. Serve with a nice slice of Texas toast or tortilla chips and save some for tomorrow where it'll be twice as good!.
