  2. Prepare of Onion 2 sliced.

  5. Prepare 1 kg of Beef.
  6. You need of Red Chili Powder 2 & ½ tbsp.
  7. You need 2 tbsp. of Coriander Powder.
  8. You need 1 tbsp of Garam Masala.
  9. Prepare 2 tbsp of Red chili crushes.
  10. You need 1 tbsp of White jeera.
  11. It's 5-8 of Aloo Bukhara (dried plum).
  12. It's of Salt as your taste.
  13. Prepare 1 cup of Yoghurt.
  14. It's of Mint leaves 4-5 tbsp.
  15. You need 2 glasses of Water.
  16. Prepare of Mint leaves 4-6 tbsp.
  17. Prepare of Rice Ingredients.
  18. You need of Garam Masala Whole (3 green cardomon,.
  19. Prepare 1 of Black cardomon,2 cinamon stick, 2 star anise,.
  20. Prepare 5 of long, 2bay leaf).
  21. It's of Salt as your taste.
  22. Prepare of Mint Leaves 3-4 tbsp.
  23. Prepare 1 kg of Rice.
  24. Prepare of Tomatoes 2 chopped.
  25. You need 18-20 of Green chili.
  26. Prepare of Mint leaves 5-6 tbsp.
  27. It's of Boiled Aloo (Potato).
  28. You need 1 tsp of Jaifel jawatri powder.
  29. You need of Food Color Orange color.
  30. You need 1 tbsp of Kehwra.
  31. It's 1 tsp of Sugar.
  32. You need 3-4 tbsp of Oil.
  33. It's of Mint leave & Fry Onion.

  1. Take a Cooking pot add oil & onion and cook until onion become golden brown then take out half onion in other plate. Then add ginger garlic paste and haldi powder and then cook 2 mins atleast. Then add beef & cook 4-5 mins.
  2. Then add Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, Red chili crushes, White jeera, Aloo Bukhara (dried plum), Salt as your taste, Yoghurt, Mint leaves, Water. Then Cover it to cook until meat tender..
  3. In other pot take water to boil rice. Add Garam Masala Whole (3 green cardamoms, 1 Black cardamom, 2 cinnamon stick, 2 star anise, 5 long, 2bay leaf), Salt, mint leaves and cover it wait until water boiling then add soaked rice in it..
  4. When Rice cooked half done then drain the remain water. Half Rice takes out in other plate..
  5. When Meat cook completely then add Tomatoes, Green chili, Mint leaves and cover it to cook atleast 15 mins. Then Beef Curry is Ready.
  6. Now Beef Curry Put on Rice and cover the beef curry with the remaining rice on top. Then add Boiled aloo, Jaifel jawatri powder, Food Color Orange color, Kehwra, Sugar, Mint leave & Fry Onion, Oil.
  7. Cook at low flame for 10 mins (Dum per pakein 10 mins k liye).
  8. Beef Spicy Biryani Is Ready..
