Drink water, not alternative drinks. Soda and coffee, when consumed in small amounts, aren't that bad. It will be, however, a bad idea to solely drink soda or coffee. When you decide on water more than other beverages you are helping your body stay very healthful and hydrated. This also helps you lower your caloric intake by hundreds of points without requiring you to buy and eat terrible diet foods. Water is typically one of the keys to really reducing your weight and getting healthy.

There are a good deal of things that work toward your getting healthy. Intensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the answer.
