Drinking water instead of other kinds of drinks is a good way to help your body in its health and hydration. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories out of your diet— without having to deal with terrible tasting diet food. Water is often one of the keys to successful weight-loss and healthfulness.

There are all sorts of things that you can do to get healthy and balanced. Not all of them require fancy gym memberships or restrained diets. It is the little things you choose each day that really help you with weight loss and becoming healthy. Make smart choices every day is a great start. Ingredients of Cincinnati Chili

  2. It's 2 1/4 lb of 75% Lean Ground Beef.
  3. It's 3 1/2 of Yellow Onions, chopped.
  4. Prepare of Liquids.
  5. You need 32 oz of beef stock.
  6. You need 16 oz of tomato sauce.
  7. It's 2 1/4 tbsp of apple cider vinegar.
  8. It's 2 1/4 tbsp of worcestershire sauce.
  9. It's of Spice Mix.
  10. It's 3 1/4 tbsp of chili powder.
  11. It's 3 tbsp of cocoa powder.
  12. You need 1/2 tbsp of smoked paprika.
  13. It's 2 1/4 tsp of garlic, minced.
  14. It's 1 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon.
  15. It's 1 1/4 tsp of ground cumin.
  16. Prepare 3/4 tsp of cayenne pepper.
  17. Prepare 3/4 tsp of salt.
  18. Prepare 1/4 tsp of ground cloves, heaping.
  19. Prepare 1/4 tsp of allspice, heaping.
  20. You need 1 of large bayleaf.
  21. You need of Optional Toppings.
  22. You need 1 of shredded cheese.
  23. Prepare 1 of kidney beans.
  24. Prepare 1 of chopped green onion.
  25. Prepare 1 of sour cream.
  26. Prepare 1 of oyster crackers.

Cincinnati Chili step by step

  1. In a large skillet or stove top dutch oven brown the ground beef and finely chopped onion. Drain the fat..
  2. Pour the beef stock in the skillet with the beef and onion and simmer for 12 minutes..
  3. While this is simmering prepare all of the spices list into a small bowl..
  4. Once the 12 mins is up add the spices to the skillet and mix in well..
  5. Now add the rest of the liquids and mix in well..
  6. Let this simmer UNCOVERED for 75 to 90 minutes until aromatic and reaches a thick sauce/chili like consistency. Stir occasionally..
  7. Remove from heat and skim the excess fat off the top with a ladle and remove the bayleaf..
  8. Serve and enjoy! This pairs well over hot spaghetti noodle, on a hot dog, on a loaded baked potato, or even as by itself in a bowl with your favorite garnishes!.
  9. I decided to top spaghetti with mine and garnish with cheese, onion, sour cream..
