Chili Crab

Ingredients of Chili Crab

  1. You need 1 kg of crab.
  2. It's 1/2 tsp of Chinese 4 spice.
  3. You need 1 head of Garlic.
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup of Oyster Sauce.
  5. You need 1/4 cup of Banana Catsup.
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp of Butter.
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of Soda.
  8. It's 2 tbsp of Brown Sugar.
  9. You need 5 stick of Green Finger Chili.
  10. Prepare 2 stick of Onion leeks or Spring Onion.
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp of Veg. Oil.
  12. It's 1 small of Ginger (julienne).

Chili Crab step by step

  1. Wash the crab very carefully.
  2. Heat the wok, put in Oil and Butter.
  3. Add Ginger and Garlic, Saute put the Crab.
  4. Add Oyster Sauce, Catsup, Soda, Chinese 4 Spice, Brown Sugar.
  5. Simmer for a minute, add half of the Chilies (sliced).
  6. Add pinch of Salt and Pepper.
  7. Top with Half of the Chilies and Onion Leeks.

Preptime: 33 Minutes

Cooktime: 38 Minutes
