Run the stairs. Instead of choosing the elevator, climb the stairs to your floor. This isn't as simple to do if you work on a very high floor but if you work on a lower floor, utilizing the stairs is a great way to get some extra exercise. Even if your office or home is on one of the highest floors, you can choose to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the rest of the way. So many people pick the elevator over clambering even a single flight of stairs. Even just a single flight of stairs, when walked up or down a few times a day--can be a great boost to your system.

Pick water over other drinks. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every once in a while isn’t a terrible idea. Getting all of your hydration from them is a terrible idea. Choosing water as opposed to other beverage adds to your body's health and helps it stay hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is ordinarily one of the keys to really losing weight and leading a healthful lifestyle.

There are all kinds of things that you can do to get healthy and balanced. Not all of them require fancy gym memberships or restricted diets. It is the little things you choose on a daily basis that really help you with weight loss and getting healthy. Being smart when you choose your food and activities is where it begins. Trying to get in as much physical activity as possible is another. The numbers on the scale aren't the only signal of your lifestyle choices. You need to make your body as strong you can make it.

NUTRITIOUS CHUNKY CHILI

Ingredients of NUTRITIOUS CHUNKY CHILI

  1. You need 1/2 cup of Red kidney bean.
  2. You need 1/2 cup of Chickpeas.
  3. It's 1/2 cup of Black eye beans.
  4. It's 1 slice of Lime or lemon.
  5. Prepare 2 small of Bay leaf.
  6. You need 1 tsp of Salt.
  7. It's 1 tbsp of Brown sugar.
  8. You need 5 clove of Of garlic.
  9. Prepare 1/2 bunch of Of French beans.
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of Red chili powder.
  11. It's 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  12. You need 2 large of Red onions (diced).
  13. Prepare 6 large of Red and yellow tomatoes.
  14. It's 1/2 tsp of Chili spice. ( check my chili spice recipe).
  15. You need 1/2 cup of Black Chana.

NUTRITIOUS CHUNKY CHILI instructions

  1. Wash and soak the four beans overnight..
  2. Second day. Place the pot on low heat, add to the beans, 2 bay leaves, and the sliced lemon, salt and sugar, cover the pot and boil for 1 1/2 or 2 hours on medium heat..
  3. Check for water and re-top again for extra water..
  4. After the 2 hours complete , put the dice onions, the green beans, chopped garlic, turmeric, chili and tomatoes,.
  5. Stir together and place the lid back on the pot. Cook for another 15 minute.
  6. Add the chili spice and give it last stir. Cover and cook for another 5 minute..
  7. Hmmmmmmmmmm, they will ask for MORE..

Cooktime: 52 Minutes
