Most people will decide to be idle and take an elevator instead of opting for exercise on the stairs. That one flight of stairs—when taken a handful of times a day—can be just the added boost that your system needs.

Water is the best beverage out there. Having a soda or cup of coffee once in awhile won't hurt you too badly. Getting all your hydration from them is a horrendous idea. Choosing water as opposed to other beverage adds to your body's health and helps it stay hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Productive weight loss efforts often depend entirely on water intake.

Ingredients of Chili con Carne

  1. It's 500 g of ground beef.
  2. It's 3 cloves of garlic, minced.
  3. Prepare 1 of medium white or yellow onion, chopped.
  4. You need 1 of red capsicum, chopped.
  5. It's 3 tbsp of tomato paste.
  6. Prepare 1 can (425 g) of crushed or chopped tomato.
  7. You need 1 can (400 g) of red kidney beans.
  8. You need 2 of beef bouillon cubes.
  9. You need 1 1/2 tsp of sugar.
  10. It's 1 1/2 cup of water.
  11. You need of Oil.
  12. It's to taste of Salt and pepper,.
  13. You need of Spice mix.
  14. Prepare 1-2 tsp of chilli powder.
  15. Prepare 4 tsp of paprika powder.
  16. Prepare 5 tsp of cumin powder.
  17. You need 2 tsp of onion powder.
  18. Prepare 2 tsp of garlic powder.
  19. You need 2 tsp of oregano.
  20. Prepare of To serve.
  21. Prepare of Steamed rice, tortilla, corn chips.
  22. You need of Sour cream.
  23. It's of Monterey Jack and cheddar, shredded.
  24. Prepare of Avocado.
  25. You need of Coriander.

Chili con Carne instructions

  1. Saute garlic and onion until softened. Add capsicum. Saute for 2 minutes..
  2. Turn heat to high and add beef. Cook until browned all over. Add the spice mix. Saute until fragrant for 2 minutes..
  3. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to simmer then adjust the heat to low. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour covered, stirring occasionally so that it doesn’t to the bottom of the pot..
  4. Adjust with salt and pepper to taste..
