Ingredients of Shami burger

  12. Prepare of garlic cloves 6.
  13. You need of Small loaf buns 4.

  15. It's 1/2 cup of chopped Lettuce.
  16. Prepare 1 slice of Cucumber.
  17. Prepare 4 slice of cheese.
  18. It's 4 slice of tomatoes.

Shami burger instructions

  1. For kababs. boil all ingredients untill fully cooked. Then mash them and add finely chopped 1 onion, a hand full green coriander and mint. Add 3 eggs and mix well then make kababs and shallow fry them.
  2. Lightly grease buns with butter and Put a lettuce leaf and cheese slice on a piece of burger then tomato and cucumber slices then shami kabab pour on some ketuchup or hot sauce whatever u like then some mayonnaise and next piece of burger. Lastly heat pan and just heat the buns. Don't over cook it..
