So many people pick the elevator over hiking even a single flight of stairs. That one flight of stairs—when taken a handful of times a day—can be just the added boost that your system needs.

Drink water, not alternative beverages. Soda and coffee, when ingested in small amounts, aren't that bad. Getting all of your hydration from them is a awful idea. Choosing water as opposed to other beverage adds to your body's health and helps it stay hydrated.   3. You need 4 cup of milk.
  4. Prepare 3 large of eggs.
  5. You need 1 tsp of cinnamon.
  6. It's 7 cup of bread crumbs or buns anytype of bread ,(i used 5 lg buns )in cubes and toasted..
  7. You need 1 can of 20.oz crushed pineapples drianed.
  8. Prepare 6 tbsp of butter.
  9. Prepare 2/3 cup of light brown sugar.
  10. You need of sauce for topping.
  11. Prepare 1 cup of sugar.
  12. You need 2/3 cup of milk.
  13. You need 1 tbsp of flour.
  14. It's 1/2 stick of butter.
  15. Prepare 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract.

  1. preheat oven at 350°also bake on 350, spray fluted tube pan or u can use any 8"inch baking pan..
  2. drain pineapple juice real well. in the tube pan , putting dabs of butter going around bottom of tube pan ,spreading brown sugar going around bottom of pan evenly.spread pineapple going around to evenly,.
  3. now toast bread pieces , take the toasted bread put in the tube pan, ontop of pineapples,.
  4. in a bowl add milk, egg,, cinnamon and sugar, beating well, now pour over toasted bread, cover with foil, place in oven bake for 35 minutes covered, now take off foil and bake for 30 more minutes. should be done .take out of oven let sst for 15 minutes, now trun on to a dish..
  5. for the sauce, add all 4 ingredients ,cook all together untill it thickens. pour in a dish bowl and drizzle on top of bread pudding, when ready to serve..
  6. surely to enjoy, u can add any fruit or raisins in the bread pudding..
