Obviously this isn’t as possible if you work on the 25th floor of a high rise, but if you work on the fourth, climbing the stairs is a great way to get some exercise in. Even if you do live or work on one of the top floors, you can still get out of the elevator early and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. Most people will choose to be idle and take an elevator instead of getting exercise on the stairs. That one flight of stairs—when taken a few times a day—can be just the extra boost that your system needs.

Drink water, not alternative beverages. Drinking a soda or cup of coffee from time to time won't hurt you too badly. It is, however, a bad idea to solely drink soda or coffee. When you choose water more than other beverages you are helping your body stay very healthful and hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Successful weight loss efforts often depend entirely on water consumption.

There are a good deal of things that work toward your getting healthy. An costly gym membership and very hard to stick to diets are not the only way to do it. It is the little things you choose on a daily basis that really help you with weight loss and becoming healthy. Being intelligent about the choices you make each day is a start. A good amount of physical activity each day is also important. Remember: being healthy isn’t just about reducing your weight. You need to help make your body as strong you can make it.

Ingredients of Sweet cross buns

  1. It's 3 cups of all purpose flour.
  2. You need 1 tablespoon of yeast.
  3. It's 1/4 cup of icing sugar.
  4. It's 1 tablespoon of powder milk.
  5. You need 3 tablespoon of margarine.
  6. It's 2 g of salt.
  7. It's 50 g of raisings.
  8. It's 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
  9. It's 1 of egg.
  10. You need 1 of egg white.
  11. It's of For brushing.
  12. It's 1 of egg yolk.
  13. Prepare of For topping.
  14. You need 1/2 cup of icing sugar.
  15. It's 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
  16. Prepare 2 of tablesspoon milk.

Sweet cross buns step by step

  1. In a basin add all the dry ingredients and mix.
  2. Add eggs and water to make dough.
  3. Add raising and cinnamon and mix well with the dough cover and let it rest till it doubles in size.
  4. Punch it down on floured surface, cover and let it rest for 10mins.
  5. Shape into balls and place in a greased tray, cover and let it rest in a warm place till it doubles for about 40mins.
  6. Mix egg yolk and brush on balls.
  7. Bake at 180degree for 20mins, remove from tray and let them cool on a wire rack.
  8. To make crosses, mix icing sugar, vanilla and milk, place glaze in a piping bag or polythene paper and snip off the corner, pipe a cross onto each roll.
  9. Enjoy with a cup of tea.
