Ingredients of Poppy seed bread with chocolate ganache filling

  1. Prepare 3 1/2 cups of all purpose flour.
  2. It's 1 tablespoon of yeast.

  4. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
  5. Prepare 2 tablespoon of margarine.
  6. You need 1 cup of warm milk.
  7. It's 1/4 cup of poppy seed.

  10. Prepare 1 cup of grated dark chocolate.
  11. You need 1/4 cup of whipping cream.

  1. Sieve the flour into a bowl. Add in the yeast, salt, sugar and the poppy seeds.
  2. Rub in the margarine till the flour is crumbly.
  3. Add in the vanilla essence then make a dough by adding milk as you knead.
  4. Place the dough in a warm place and let it proof for atleast 45mins.
  5. Meanwhile pour the whipping cream in a pan and heat it. Add in the chocolate, turn off the heat and cover for the chocolate to melt..
  6. After proofing, punch the dough. Roll it out on a working surface.
  7. Pour the chocolate ganache on the dough and spread it.
  8. Roll it up to seal in the chocolate ganache and place in a greased loaf tin.
  9. Cover with a cling film and let it proof again for 20 mins.
  10. Apply egg wash on you. Then bake for 30mins at 180°c.
  11. Enjoy.
