Ingredients of Pumpkin buns

  1. You need 2 cup of Jower flour.
  2. You need 4 tbsp of Brown sugar.
  3. It's 1 tbsp of Cinnamon powder.
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp of Butter.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of Yeast.
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of Pumpkin puree.
  7. Prepare 5 of Kiri cheese cubes.
  8. Prepare as needed of Water.
  9. You need as needed of Milk for milk wash.

Pumpkin buns instructions

  1. Take the flour, add brown sugar, cinnamon powder, butter and yeast.
  2. Mix.
  3. Grind the pumpkin in the mixer to get a fine paste..
  4. Add the pumpkin paste and then add little water and knead a tight dough.
  5. Grease the dough, Cover and let the dough rise. Let it rise till double.
  6. The dough has doubled remove and knead it again.
  7. Divide the dough and place 1 cube in each dough ball.
  8. Seal the dough and now take a string and tie it as shown in the pic. we r tying the string so we get the pumpkin shape.
  9. Tie the string on all the buns and let the buns rest again for 30mins.Brush the buns with milk before placing them in oven.
  10. Bake the buns in a preheated oven at 180 The Celsius for 25 mins.
  11. Enjoy as it is or with your favorite jam.Goes well with ketchup too..
