  1. It's 3 cups of apf.
  2. Prepare 2 1/2 tsp of active dry yeast.

  3. Add oil in yeast mixture mix well and add it to dry ingredients til soft dough forms.
  4. Knead til springy to the touch.
  5. Oil bowl and dough to avoid crust formation cover to rise for 1hr.
  6. Punch dough and shape into tight buns.
  7. Put in an oiled and floured baking tray let rise for 40minutes.
  8. Add water to egg for the egg wash and garnish buns with sesame seeds or oats.
  9. Bake at 180degrees for til golden brown,cool and enjoy.
