  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Salt.
  7. You need 1/4 tsp of Cinnamon.

Sieve flour into a dry bowl,add butter,rub in very well,add sugar,baking powder,salt,mix well,bore a hole in the middle of flour and add flavours and water,knead well,cover and leave yo rise for 15mins,deep fry in preheated oil,dtrain out when brown or yellowish in colour,with a frying spoon.
