Even if your office or home is on one of the highest floors, you can choose to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the remainder of the way. So many people choose the elevator over clambering even a single flight of stairs. Even if you only have just one flight to climb, climbing along it during the day is a great way to get extra exercise.

Drink water, not other beverages. Having a soda or cup of coffee once in awhile won't hurt you too badly. It is, however, a bad idea to exclusively drink soda or coffee. Choosing water instead of other beverage adds to your body's health and allows it stay hydrated. This also helps you reduce your caloric intake by hundreds of points without needing to buy and eat terrible diet foods. Water is typically one of the keys to really losing weight and leading a healthful lifestyle.

There are a good deal of things that work toward your getting healthy. Extensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the solution. You can do little things every day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Make smart choices every day is a great start. Trying to get in as much exercise as possible is another. Remember: being healthful isn’t just about losing weight. You need to help to make your body as strong you can make it.

Sticky buns

Ingredients of Sticky buns

  1. Prepare of sticky and buns.
  2. It's 1 can of Cresent rolls.
  3. You need 1 cup of cinnamon.
  4. Prepare 1 cup of Brown sugar.
  5. It's 1 cup of toffee bits.
  6. It's 1 tbsp of vanilla.
  7. You need 1/3 cup of butter.
  8. It's 3 tbsp of milk.
  9. It's 1/2 cup of powdered sugar.

Sticky buns instructions

  1. Preheat oven for 400°.
  2. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together.
  3. Add about 1/3 cup of butter to the cinnamon mix.
  4. Flatten out Cresent rolls and spread cinnamon mixture on roll.
  5. Roll and Repeat with the others.
  6. Grease a round cake pan and add crescents to the pan separate as much as possible.
  7. Place pan in oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
  8. For the frosting mix powered sugar milk and vanilla tablespoon at a time if u want a thicker frosting add more sugar let it sit.
  9. Slowly mix in sugar ..place in fridge tole the sticky buns are cool enough to pour frosting on.
  10. Add the toffee bits on top of frosting and enjoy.

Preptime: 28 Minutes

Cooktime: 46 Minutes

Serve: 3 Persons
