Traditional Norwegian cinnamon buns

.

Just before we start out, I needed to let you find out about Easy Ways to Get Healthy.

You already know that, to achieve true health, your diet needs to be well balanced and wholesome and you need to get a good amount of exercise. Unfortunately, we do not always have the time or the energy that this type of lifestyle requires. Working out at the gym isn't something people make time for when they get off from work. We want a delicious, greasy burger, not an equally delightful salad (unless we’re vegetarians). You should be thankful to learn that getting healthy doesn't always have to be super hard work. If you are diligent you'll get all of the activity and appropriate food choices you need. Here are some tips to be as healthful as possible.

When you go grocery shopping, be sensible about it. Making good decisions when buying food means that you'll be able to eat nutritious meals without a lot of effort. Think for a minute: you don't want to go to a chaotic grocery store or sit in a lengthy line at the drive thru at the end of your day. You want to get home immediately and eat something good. Make sure that what you already have is healthful. In this way, even when you decide that you want something greasy or not super nutritous, you will still be choosing items that are healthier for you than you would probably choose while running into a store or fast food restaurant.

Consider the stairs. Stroll up the stairs to where you live or work as opposed to using the elevator. This isn't as simple to do if you work on a very high floor but if you work on a lower floor, utilizing the stairs is a great way to get some extra exercise. Even if your office or home is on one of the top floors, you can choose to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the rest of the way. So many people choose the elevator over clambering even a single flight of stairs. That just one flight of stairs—when taken a several times a day—can be just the additional boost that your system needs.

Pick water over other drinks. Soda and coffee, when consumed in moderation, aren't that bad. Using them for your lone source of hydration, on the other hand, is dumb. Choosing water as an alternative to other beverage adds to your body's health and allows it stay hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is often the key to successful weight loss and healthfulness.

There are all sorts of activities that you can do to get wholesome. Extensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the answer. Little things, when done every day, can do plenty to help you get healthy and lose pounds. Make smart choices every day is a great start. Getting as much exercise as you possibly can is another factor. Remember: being healthful isn’t just about reducing your weight. It is more about making your body as powerful as it can be.

Ok, finally! Here's your recipe currently. Many thanks for examining my posting, don't forget to share this recipe to Your loved ones, your folks, neighbours, etcetera. Have a wonderful day.

Traditional Norwegian cinnamon buns instructions

  1. melt butter and mix with milk. make sure the mixture is 30 C, then dissolve yeast in mixture. You can use dry yeast instead, but then you want to mix it with the dry ingredients and increase the temperature of the milk by a couple of degrees. However, they do turn out best with fresh yeast. If you're using dry yeast 25 g should be enough.
  2. mix all dry ingredients well.
  3. add milk mixture to dry mixture and knead for 3-4 mins. if you're using a machine, mix for 8 minutes.
  4. lightly grease a large bowl an place the dough in it. leave to rise for 30 mins.
  5. When risen knead a couple of times only. roll the dough into a rectangle. Size depends on how chunky you want the buns. I usually roll it out till it's 5-8 mm thick..
  6. you'll want to handle your dough gently from now as it is rising. smooth on a thin layer of margarine, sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon in even layers on top. I generally use more sugar than I think I need as some of it will melt away in the oven. Don't really measure out this part.
  7. roll into a sausage. make sure it's pretty tightly rolled. cut 1 inch slices. I use my index finger to measure, so about the length of the two first joints ;).
  8. place on baking sheets with the sliced side up. I normally place 12 on each sheet to give them enough room to rise. leave to rise under kitchen towels in a warm room for an hour..
  9. Heat your oven to 210 C.
  10. Brush a bit of milk on the buns and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  11. cool on a wire rack.
  12. The icing is one I borrowed from a Cinnabon recipe.
