While this will be difficult to do if you live on or if your job is on a extremely high level floor in a skyscraper, taking the stairs to a home or office on, say, the fifth floor is totally do-able. Even if your office or home is on one of the top floors, you can decide to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the rest of the way. So many people pick the elevator over climbing even a single flight of stairs. Even just a individual flight of stairs, when walked up or down a few times a day--can be a great improvement to your system.

Drink water, not alternative beverages. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every occasionally isn’t a terrible idea. Getting all of your hydration from them is a terrible idea. There are all sorts of things that you can do to get wholesome. Not all of them require fancy gym memberships or restricted diets. Little things, when done each day, can do a lot to enable you to get healthy and lose pounds. Being smart when you choose your food and routines is where it begins. Getting as much physical exercise as you possibly can is another factor. Remember: being healthy isn’t just about losing weight. It is more about making your body as powerful as it can be.

  1. Boil your chicken and separate the meat and bones.
  2. Fry onions till golden brown then put the green chilli stir, add the puree cook for sometime then add your sorted chicken add garlic ginger paste and add salt Cook for at least 10 mins. Enjoy while hot.
