Obviously this isn’t as plausible if you work on the 25th floor of a high rise, but if you work on the fourth, climbing the stairs is a great way to get some exercise in. If you do work on a very high floor, why not get off the elevator a few floors early and walk the rest of the way? Lots of people opt for the easy elevator ride instead of making an effort on the stairs. Even if you only have a single flight to climb, climbing down and up it during the day is a great way to get additional exercise.

Water is the best drinks out there. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every once in a while isn’t a horrible idea. It is definitely, however, a bad idea to only drink soda or coffee. Choosing water as an alternative to other beverage adds to your body's health and allows it stay hydrated. This also helps you decrease your caloric intake by hundreds of points without requiring you to buy and eat gross diet foods. Water is usually one of the keys to really slimming down and getting healthy.

There are a whole lot of things that work toward your getting healthy. Not all of them demand fancy gym memberships or limited diets. You can do little things every day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being intelligent about the selections you make each day is a start. A suitable amount of physical activity each day is also necessary. Don't overlook that health isn't only about simply how much you weigh. You need to help make your body as strong as possible.

Ingredients of Fruit Trifle

  1. It's 1 litre of Milk.
  2. It's of Vanilla Custard 5 tbsp mix in cold milk.
  3. Prepare to taste of Sugar.
  4. You need 1 of apple small pieces.
  5. Prepare 2 of bananas small pieces.
  6. Prepare 8 of strawberries.
  7. It's 4 of Cake slices.
  8. It's 1 packet of Strawberry jelly.

Fruit Trifle instructions

  1. Boil milk n pour custard mixture in it n cook on slow flame..
  2. Then add sugar to it..
  3. Remove from stove when done n let it cool..
  4. For jelly take 2 cups of water in a saucepan n boil it..
  5. Add jelly powder to it n mix it..
  6. Remove from stove n cool it then put it in the freezer..
  7. Take a dish put cake slices at the bottom then apple n banana pieces then jelly.
  8. Now pour custard over it..
  9. Garnish with strawberries..

Cooktime: 50 Minutes
