While this will be hard to do if you live on or if your job is on a extremely high level floor in a skyscraper, taking the stairs to a home or office on, say, the fifth floor is entirely do-able. Even if your office or home is on one of the highest floors, you can choose to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the remainder of the way. Lots of people choose the easy elevator ride instead of making an efforts on the stairs. That one flight of stairs—when taken a few times a day—can be just the additional boost that your system needs.

Drink water, not other beverages. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every once in a while isn’t a horrible idea. It will be, however, a bad idea to exclusively drink soda or coffee. When you pick out water more than other beverages you are helping your body remain very healthful and hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is often one of the keys to successful weight loss and healthfulness.

There are all kinds of things that you can do to get healthy and balanced. Intensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the solution. Little things, when done every day, can do a great deal to make it easier to get healthy and lose pounds. Make shrewd choices every day is a great start. Fruit Trifle

Ingredients of Fruit Trifle

  1. It's 1 litre of milk.
  2. You need 4-6 tbsp of sugar.
  3. You need 4 tbsp of custard powdered(dissolved in milk).
  4. You need 1-2 Drops of vanilla essence.
  5. You need 1 of medium Mix fruit tin.
  6. You need 1-2 tbsp of cream.
  7. It's 1 packet of Red jelly.
  8. Prepare 6-7 of Plain cake slices.

Fruit Trifle instructions

  1. In a pot,pour milk and let it cook on slow flame..
  2. Add sugar,once boiled add custard powder,vanilla essence and stir. The consistency should be neither thick nor very thin..
  3. Once ready let it cool and mix cream in it..
  4. In a sauce pan prepare one packet of jelly of your choice in 1 cup of water and let it cool and set..
  5. In a dish,set cake slices,pour fruit tin syrup and some tin fruits..
  6. Now pour custard over this,now on top layer set jelly and remaining fruits and let it chill. Sprinkle some sprinkles..

Cooktime: 45 Minutes
