Even if you do live or work on one of the top floors, you can still get out of the elevator first and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. Lots of people choose the easy elevator ride instead of making an efforts on the stairs. Even if you only have a single flight to climb, climbing up and down it during the day is a great way to get additional exercise.

Water is the most effective beverage out there. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every occasionally isn’t a terrible idea. It will be, however, a bad idea to exclusively drink soda or coffee. Choosing water as an alternative to other beverage adds to your body's health and allows it stay hydrated. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories away from your diet— without having to deal with terrible tasting diet food. Water is usually one of the keys to really losing weight and becoming really healthy.

There are a lot of things that contribute to your getting healthy. An costly gym membership and very restrictive diets are not the only way to do it. Ingredients of Mango trifle

  1. It's 1/2 litre of milk, 3 tbsp sugar,2 mangoes,2 tbsp custard pwd.
  2. Prepare of Dissolve in 4 tbsp of cold milk.
  3. You need 1 packet of mango jelly.
  4. It's of Vanilla cake/cup cake,1packet fresh cream or 1 cup whipped cream.

Mango trifle instructions

  1. First make custard....warm milk add sugar (acc to ur taste) then add the custard pwd dissolved in cold milk.mix well n keep cooking till u get thick custard.now remove from heat but keep stirring..
  2. Now make mango jelly from any pack n keep it to set.whipped the cream wit little sugar.1 mango u puree it wit little sugar(1 tsp)1 mango u cut it in small cubes.
  3. Esemble first crumble cake n put it in a glass then add custard then mango piece wit little puree of mango then add mango jelly then cream/jelly/puree(acc to ur taste)serve chilled best for Ramadan. Pls do try.
