Ingredients of Just Sprinkle and Mix! All-Purpose Namul Flavor Base

  1. It's 3 tbsp of Roasted sesame seeds.
  2. Prepare 3 tbsp of Ground sesame seeds.
  3. You need 1 tsp of Garlic powder.
  4. You need 1 tsp of Soy sauce.
  5. You need 1 of heaping teaspoon Salt.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of Sugar.
  7. It's 2/3 tsp of Chinese soup stock granules.
  8. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Pepper.
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp of Sake.

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a frying pan. Use your choice of chicken stock, dashida, MSG, instead of the Chinese soup stock! You can even omit it if you want..
  2. Once all of the sesame seeds have become wet, turn on the heat. There is very little moisture, so it will burn very easily. Keep the heat on very low and slowly toast the ingredients until cooked..
  3. Once it becomes crumbly and dry, turn off the heat. If it still feels damp when you touch it, it's not done yet..
  4. If you leave it in the frying pan it will continue cooking with the residual heat and turn brown, so please transfer it to a storage jar..
  5. You can store it at room temperature, but keeping it in the refrigerator will keep it out of the humidity and is safer. Before using it, shake it well..
