Choose water over other drinks. Having a soda or cup of coffee every so often won't hurt you too badly. Using them for your sole source of hydration, on the other hand, is dumb. When you pick out water more than other beverages you are helping your body stay very healthy and hydrated. This also helps you reduce your caloric intake by hundreds of points without needing to buy and eat disgusting diet foods. Productive weight loss efforts often depend exclusively on water consumption.

There are all sorts of things that you can do to get wholesome. Extensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the solution. Little things, when done each day, can do plenty to help you get healthy and lose pounds. Make smart choices every day is a great start. Three-Colour ‘Namul’

Ingredients of Three-Colour ‘Namul’

  1. Prepare 1 bunch of Spinach *250 to 300g.
  2. Prepare 1 of Carrot *sliced into thin strips.
  3. Prepare 1/8-1/6 of Red Cabbage *thinly sliced.
  4. You need 1 clove of Garlic *grated.
  5. You need 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of Salt.
  6. Prepare 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil.
  7. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon of Soy Sauce *optional.
  8. You need 1 tablespoon of Toasted Sesame Seeds.

Three-Colour ‘Namul’ instructions

  1. Wash Spinach well and blanch in boiling water. Dip in cold water to stop cooking further, drain well and squeeze to remove excess water. Cut into 5cm length..
  2. Place all vegetables and other ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Soy Sauce is optional for a hint of Japanese flavour..
