Most people will decide to be lazy and take an elevator instead of getting exercise on the stairs. Even if you only have a single flight to climb, climbing down and up it during the day is a great way to get additional exercise.

Drink water, not alternative drinks. Soda and coffee, when used in small amounts, aren't that bad. Getting all of your hydration from them is a horrendous idea. Having water instead of other types of drinks is a good way to aid your body in its health and hydration. This also helps you reduce your caloric intake by hundreds of points without requiring you to buy and eat gross diet foods. Effective weight loss efforts often depend exclusively on water intake.

There are all kinds of things that you can do to get healthy and balanced. An expensive gym membership and very hard to stick to diets are not the only way to do it. Little things, when done every day, can do a lot to make it easier to get healthy and lose pounds. Make shrewd choices every day is a great start. A proper amount of physical activity each day is also important. The numbers on the scale aren't the only signal of your healthfulness. It’s about making your body as strong as it can be.

Korean Bibimbap

Ingredients of Korean Bibimbap

  1. You need of Meat.
  2. Prepare 200 G of Minced Pok, Beef, Chicken or Tofu.
  3. You need 2 TBSP of Soy Sauce.
  4. You need 2 TBSP of Sesame Oil.
  5. It's 2 TSP of Sugar.
  6. Prepare 1/2 TSP of Minced Garlic.
  7. It's of Vegetables (A handful per serving depending on your personal liking).
  8. It's of Spinach.
  9. You need of Bean Sprouts.
  10. Prepare of Shiitake Mushrooms.
  11. Prepare of Kelp.
  12. It's of Bell Pepper.
  13. Prepare of Carrots.
  14. You need 1/2 TSP of Fine Salt.
  15. Prepare of Korean Seasoned Seaweed.
  16. It's of Some Cooking Oil.
  17. Prepare of Others.
  18. It's of Rice.
  19. You need 4-5 of Eggs.
  20. It's of Sauce.
  21. Prepare 4 TBSP of Gochujang Sauce.
  22. Prepare 2 TBSP of Sesame Oil.
  23. You need 2 TBSP of Sugar.
  24. Prepare 2 TBSP of Water.
  25. It's 2 TBSP of Toasted Sesame Seeds.
  26. Prepare 1 TBSP of Shaoxin Rice Wine.
  27. It's 2 TSP of Apple Coder Vinegar.
  28. It's 2 TSP of Minced Garlic.

Korean Bibimbap step by step

  1. Marinate Meat (Let it marinate while we prepare the rest).
  2. Cool rice or use leftover.
  3. Put all your sauce ingredients into a bowl and mix it around evenly.
  4. Cut all vegetables into strips.
  5. Rehydrate kelp, Shiitake & cut into strips.
  6. Stir fry all vegetables lightly and separately.
  7. Cut seasoned seaweed into stripped.
  8. Set them aside separately.
  9. Stir fry marinated meat.
  10. Scoop rice into a bowl.
  11. Put cooker assortments & meat on top of the rice.
  12. Fry an egg and put it on top of everything (Sunnyside up).
  13. Pour sauce on top of everything & viola!.

Preptime: 16 Minutes

Cooktime: 34 Minutes

Serve: 4 Persons
