Ingesting water instead of other kinds of drinks is a good way to help your body in its health and hydration. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is typically one of the keys to really reducing your weight and leading a healthful lifestyle.

There are plenty of things you can do to become healthy. An overpriced gym membership and very restrictive diets are not the only way to do it. Little things, when done every single day, can do a great deal to enable you to get healthy and lose pounds. Being intelligent about the selections you make each day is a start. A good amount of physical activity each day is also important. The numbers on the scale aren't the only signal of your lifestyle choices. You need to make your body as strong you can make it.

Ingredients of Split peas soup and Dombolo

  1. You need 1 kg of split peas.
  2. You need 1 kg of lentils.
  3. You need 1 kg of barley.
  4. It's 1 cube of chicken stock.
  5. It's 1 of onion, chopped.
  6. It's 250 ml of brown onion powdered soup.
  7. You need 125 ml of hearty beef powdered soup.
  8. You need To taste of ground pepper.
  9. Prepare To taste of salt.
  10. You need 2 tbs of canola oil.

Split peas soup and Dombolo step by step

  1. Rinse and boil peas, lentils and barley until they all soft and tender..
  2. Once they are cooked add chicken stock to the mixture.
  3. In a small pot fry your onion once it's cooked pour it over the the cooked mixture of peas..
  4. Then as it cooks prepare the brown onion and hearty beef the pour it over the soup, these two sachet will thickens your soup and it will be tasty and delicious.
  5. Mine split peas soup will be enjoyed by dombolo. These are warming food as it is cold..
