Lots of people choose the easy elevator ride instead of making an effort on the stairs. Even just a single flight of stairs, when travelled up or down a few times a day--can be a great improvement to your system.

Drink water, not other drinks. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every once in a while isn’t a terrible idea. Getting all of your hydration from them is a terrible idea. Choosing water instead of other beverage adds to your body's health and helps it stay hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is usually one of the keys to really losing weight and becoming really healthy.

There are a lot of things that work toward your getting healthy. An expensive gym membership and very restrictive diets are not the only way to do it. Ingredients of Barley Soup with Croutons

  1. You need 2 cups of barley.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of split peas.
  3. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of red lentils.
  4. Prepare 30 ml of canola.
  5. You need 1 kg of Beef bones.
  6. Prepare 2 of beef stock cubes.
  7. It's 2 tsp of BBQ.
  8. Prepare 2 tsp of chicken.
  9. It's 1 tsp of rajah mild.
  10. You need 1 tsp of paprika.
  11. It's 1 of grated carrot.
  12. You need 1 of onion finely chopped.
  13. It's 3 of spring onions finely chopped.
  14. Prepare 1 tbs of Brown onion soup.
  15. You need 1 tbs of Minestrone.
  16. You need 1 tbs of thick vegetables soup.

Barley Soup with Croutons step by step

  1. Rinse your beef bones and pour them in a pot and cook until the meat is almost falling of the bones also crumble the beef stock.
  2. In the bowl pour barley, red lentils and split peas and rinse them thoroughly then pour them in a pot to cook it until it's tender, soft and smelt in your mouth. While cooking crumble the beef stock.
  3. In a separate pot pour your 30 ml of canola oil to fry spring onion, carrots and onion. Stir it and add spices then once it's all cooked put aside until the bones, are well cooked then I transfer the meaty bones to the mixture of carrots and let it cook..
  4. Check the barley soup mixture and once it's cooked and tender the also add into the meat bones mixture, all together let it cook and then in a small bowl pour minestrone, brown onion and thick vegetables with water then pour it in the soup to thickens it..
  5. Then low the heat and my barley soup will be served with homemade croutons..
