Ingredients of Bell Pepper and Ground Beef Barley Soup

  2. It's 3 of bell peppers: red, yellow, & orange.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of barley.
  4. It's 1 tbsp of parsley.
  5. It's 1 of large onion.
  6. It's 1 can (8 oz) of stewed tomatoes.
  7. It's 1 tsp of rosemary.
  8. It's 48 oz of beef broth.
  9. It's 1 of salt and pepper to taste.

  1. Brown the ground beef in a frying pan with olive oil. Meat should be in small pieces..
