Even just a individual flight of stairs, when walked up or down a few times a day--can be a great improvement to your system.

Drink water, not alternative beverages. Soda and coffee, when ingested in moderation, aren't that bad. It will be, however, a bad idea to only drink soda or coffee. When you pick out water more than other beverages you are helping your body stay very healthful and hydrated. This also helps you reduce your caloric intake by hundreds of points without having to buy and eat disgusting diet foods. Water is typically one of the keys to really slimming down and leading a healthful lifestyle.

There are a whole lot of things that contribute to your getting healthy. Intensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the answer. It is the little things you choose each day that really help you with weight loss and becoming healthy. Being intelligent when you choose your food and routines is where it begins. Trying to get in as much physical activity as possible is another. Don't ignore that health isn't only about how much you weigh. You want your body to be strong too.

Ingredients of Instant pot beef barley soup

  1. You need 2 Tablespoons of butter.
  2. It's 1 Tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Prepare 2 lbs of cubed beef stew meat.
  4. It's 1 teaspoon of sea salt.
  5. You need 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
  6. It's 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
  7. Prepare 1 cup of diced white onion.
  8. You need 1 cup of celery sliced.
  9. You need 2 cups of sliced carrots.
  10. It's 4 cloves of garlic minced.
  11. It's 2 (32 oz) of cartons beef broth.
  12. It's 1 (14 oz) of can petite diced tomatoes.
  13. Prepare 2 teaspoons of red wine vinegar.
  14. You need 2 teaspoons of soy sauce.
  15. You need 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce.
  16. You need 1 packet of beef gravy mix.
  17. You need 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder(I use turmeric twist).
  18. Prepare 2 teaspoons of fresh rosemary minced.
  19. It's 2 teaspoons of fresh thyme minced.
  20. Prepare 3 Tablespoons of fresh parsley minced.
  21. Prepare 1 cup of chopped kale (I use frozen).
  22. Prepare 2 cups of quick cooking barley.

Instant pot beef barley soup step by step

  1. On the Saute setting heat olive oil and butter till hot and add beef, salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix up..
  2. Add in onion, carrots, celery and minced garlic and continue to cook till beef is browned..
  3. Add in broth, tomatoes, red wine vinegar, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, packet of gravy mix, turmeric, rosemary,thyme and parsley..
  4. Stir up and place lid on move knob to seal..
  5. Press meat / stew for 35 minutes normal high-pressure..
  6. After 35 minutes turn knob to vent to release steam be careful as it will be really hot..
  7. Make sure button is down before opening lid..
  8. Stir in barley and kale and place lid back on and let sit for 10 minutes..
  9. Enjoy with some baguette bread slices..
