Successful weight loss efforts often depend solely on water consumption.

There are a lot of things that factor into getting healthy. Extensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the answer. You can do tiny things every day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Make smart choices every day is a great start. A good amount of physical activity each day is also critical. Don't overlook that health isn't only about how much you weigh. You need to make your body as strong it can be.

Ingredients of Chia seed pudding

  1. Prepare 2 tbsp of chia seeds.
  2. It's 1/2 cup of coconut milk.
  3. You need 2 tbsp of Flex seeds (optional).
  4. You need of Some almonds(optional).
  5. You need of Some walnuts(optional).
  6. You need of Fruits of your choice.
  7. It's to taste of Honey.

Chia seed pudding instructions

  1. Add 2tbsp of chia seeds to 1/2 cup of coconut milk..
  2. To it add Flex seeds, all dry fruits. Add honey to taste..
  3. Keep the mixture in fridge for 2-3 hours. Or for overnight (as we are using it for breakfast). I usually put it overnight..
  4. You chia seeds pudding is ready to eat. Top it up with some fresh fruits ๐Ÿ“.
