Ingredients of Turkey Tetrazzini

  1. You need 1/4 cup of butter.
  2. Prepare 3 Tbsp of flour.
  3. Prepare 2 cups of chicken broth.
  4. It's of Bit of dry sherry or vermouth; however, I prefer sweet vermouth... When adding as much as one desires, decrease the amount of chicken broth....
  5. Prepare 3/4 cup of half & half.
  6. Prepare Pinch of salt.
  7. It's 1/8 tsp of ground nutmeg.
  8. You need of Chopped parsley as desired.
  9. You need to taste of Ground pepper.
  10. Prepare 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese grated or shredded.
  11. It's of Grated carrots and/or peas, as desired.
  12. It's of Cubed turkey, as desired.
  13. It's of Cooked spaghetti.

Turkey Tetrazzini instructions

  1. Over medium heat, melt butter in large saucepan. Add flour/broth mixture till thickens. Add half & half and spices stirring. Add cheese and sherry. Remove from heat immediately when just right and add parsley. Mix in just the right amount of turkey and spaghetti..
  2. Spread in glass baking dish and refrigerate till ready to bake.
  3. Put dish in oven and the warm oven to 350°F. Bake covered for 30 minutes. Then uncover and add some cheese for topping and bake for another 15-30 minutes..
