Ingredients of Broccoli & Cheese Casserole

  7. You need 1 can of Campbell's Cream of Celery soup.
  8. It's 2 packages of (10 oz. each) frozen broccoli cuts, preferrably finely chopped.
  9. Prepare 2 cup of Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese.

Broccoli & Cheese Casserole step by step

  1. Boil rice according to pkg. Directions. Meanwhile, in a large pan, sautee onions, peppers, and celery in butter until vegetables are soft.
  2. Add rice, soups, broccoli (thawed), and 1 cup shredded cheese. Mix well..
  3. Spoon mixture evenly into a 13X9in greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and Bake at 350°F for 30 min or until cheese is hot & bubbly.
