While this will be difficult to do if you live on or if your job is on a seriously high level floor in a skyscraper, taking the stairs to a home or office on, say, the fifth floor is completely do-able. Even if you do live or work on one of the higher floors, you can still get off of the elevator early and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. Lots of people choose the easy elevator ride instead of making an attempt on the stairs. That one flight of stairs—when taken a few times a day—can be just the added boost that your system needs.

Water is the very best beverage out there. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every now and then isn’t a horrible idea. Using them for your sole source of hydration, on the other hand, is dumb. Choosing water as an alternative to other beverage adds to your body's health and allows it stay hydrated. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories from your diet— without having to resort to terrible tasting diet food. Successful weight loss efforts often depend solely on water consumption.

There are plenty of things you can pursue to become healthy. Intensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the answer. Little things, when done each day, can do a great deal to help you get healthy and lose pounds. Make smart choices every day is a great start. Looking to get in as much physical exercise as possible is another. Don't forget that health isn't only about just how much you weigh. You really want your body to be powerful too.

Broccoli Chedder Soup

Ingredients of Broccoli Chedder Soup

  1. Prepare 1 tbsp of melted butter.
  2. Prepare 1/2 medium of onion, chopped.
  3. You need 1/4 cup of melted butter.
  4. It's 1/4 cup of flour.
  5. It's 2 cup of half and half cream.
  6. It's 2 cup of chicken stock.
  7. Prepare 2 head of broccoli chopped.
  8. You need 1 cup of carrots shredded.
  9. Prepare 1/4 tsp of nutmeg.
  10. You need 8 oz of cheddar cheese.

Broccoli Chedder Soup step by step

  1. Saute onion in butter. Set aside.
  2. Cook melted butter and flour using a wisk over medium heat for 3 - 5 minutes. Then add half & half.
  3. Add chicken stock, let simmer.
  4. Add broccoli, carrots and saute onions. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Stir in cheese and nutmeg. Serve with cut up baguette and enjoy.

Preptime: 32 Minutes

Cooktime: 31 Minutes

Serve: 3 Persons
