Ingredients of Broccoli soup

  1. Prepare 1 of onion.
  2. You need 4 of garlic digits.
  3. It's As needed of Vegetable stock or water.
  4. Prepare 1/4 of Broccoli (stack & flower).
  5. It's 4 of basil leaves/tulsi leaves.
  6. Prepare To taste of Salt as per taste.
  7. It's 1 tsp of Chilli flakes.
  8. You need 1 tsp of Pizza masala/ oregano.
  9. It's As needed of Cheese slice.
  10. Prepare As needed of Butter.

Broccoli soup step by step

  1. Add butter & broccoli stack & onion, let onion turn brown then add garlic, tulsi, salt, chilli flakes and oregano..
  2. Add vegetable stock or water; let it on gas for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove off the stove & put it in a mixer grinder, grind it till a thin paste is obtained & then keep aside.
  4. On the same utensil take butter & add broccoli flower to it, leave for 3 minutes & then add the paste.
  5. Leave for 2 mins then finally add cheese, let it melt & mix well & it’s ready!.

Preptime: 34 Minutes

Cooktime: 40 Minutes

Serve: 2 Persons
