This isn't as effortless to do if you work on a very high floor but if you work on a lower floor, utilizing the stairs is a excellent way to get some extra exercise. If you do work on a very high floor, why not get off the elevator a few floors early and walk the rest of the way? So many people choose the elevator over clambering even a single flight of stairs. Even just a single flight of stairs, when travelled up or down a few times a day--can be a great boost to your system.
Water is the very best beverage out there. Soda and coffee, when used in small amounts, aren't that bad. Using them for your only source of hydration, conversely, is dumb. When you pick out water more than other beverages you are helping your body stay very healthful and hydrated.
