Ingredients of Broccoil Cheddar Casserole

  1. It's 2 cup of Minute Rice.
  2. It's 2 packages of Frozen Broccoil Cuts.
  3. It's 2 cup of Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded.
  4. You need 2 tbsp of butter.
  5. It's 1/2 cup of bell pepper; chopped.
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of Onion; chopped.
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of Celery; chopped.
  8. Prepare 1 can of Campbells Cream of Mushroom w/ Roasted Garlic soup.
  9. Prepare 1 can of Cream of Celery soup.

Broccoil Cheddar Casserole step by step

  1. Prepare broccoil & Minute Rice according to pkg. directions.
  2. In a deep pan, on medium heat saute vegetables in butter til tender.
  3. Combine Broccoil, Rice, Soups, &1 cup shredded cheese. Mix well..
  4. Spread Mixture into a 9X13 greased baking dish. Cover & bake for 30 minutes @ 350°F..
  5. Add remaining cheese on top of casserole. Feel free to add extra. Bake 5 Minutes uncovered. Enjoy !.
