  15. You need 1 packages of Velveeta Original.

Broccoli Cheese Soup step by step

  1. Chop all the main ingredients..
  2. Melt butter in a large soup pot..
  3. Place chopped ingredients in the pot.
  4. Pour about a fourth of the chicken broth in.
  5. Cover and let cook until ingredients are all soft and easy to cut in half with a fork.
  6. Now pour remaining chicken broth and milk.
  7. When hot put in the cheese.
  8. Now put in the spices and continue cooking and stirring until to a light rolling boil.
  9. Turn off the burner.
  10. EAT!.
