Wholewheat chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache step by step

  1. In a saucepan add butter, chocolate, milk & sugar. Cook and mix till everything is melted and take it off the heat. Let it cool..
  2. Add vanilla essence, eggs into the cooled mix and whisk well..
  3. Add the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder gradually into the wet ingredients and mix until everything is smooth and lump free..
  4. Pour the mix in a prepared cake pan with parchment paper and put in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius and cook till it’s done..
  5. Let the cake cool down completely. Using double boiler method take 2 tbsp of butter, add 1/2 cup of cream,and 3/4th cup of chocolate chips in a bowl and on low flame allow it to cook till chocolate completely melts. Once it cools add some essence & mix. Spread over the cake and decorate with sprinkles..
