Take the stairs. Walk up the stairs to where you live or work as an alternative to using the elevator. While this will be tough to do if you live on or if your job is on a super high level floor in a skyscraper, taking the stairs to a home or office on, say, the fifth floor is completely do-able. Even if your office or home is on one of the highest floors, you can decide to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the rest of the way. Lots of people choose the easy elevator ride instead of making an attempt on the stairs. Even if you only have just one flight to climb, climbing down and up it during the day is a great way to get extra exercise.

Pick water over other refreshments. Drinking a soda or cup of coffee every so often won't hurt you too badly. Using them for your sole source of hydration, however, is dumb. Choosing water as opposed to other beverage adds to your body's health and helps it stay hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is often one of the keys to successful weight-loss and healthfulness.

There are many things you can go after to become healthy. Extensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the answer. You can do little things each day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being smart about the decisions you make each day is a start. A proper amount of physical activity each day is also important. Don't forget that health isn't only about just how much you weigh. It’s about making your body as strong as it can be.

Ingredients of Zobo fruits punch

  1. It's of Zobo leaves 3cups.
  2. You need Slice of water melon.
  3. You need Slice of pineapple.
  4. Prepare 1 of Green Apple.
  5. You need 1 of Red Apple.
  6. Prepare 1 of Pear.
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of Cloves.
  8. It's 2 tbsp of Ginger powder.
  9. Prepare 2 cups of Sugar.
  10. It's 1 tsp of Baking powder.
  11. You need 1 of Cucumber.

Zobo fruits punch instructions

  1. I add d zobo leaves in a pot wash them add water and put on fire to boil,after d first boil i add d.baking powder after 2_3munites i add my ginger after another10munites.add d cloves allow to continue cooking for another 20munites i take off d heat and allow to cool.
  2. In a blender i blend ¾ of my cucumber,melon and pineapple and keep aside.
  3. I diced in small finally cubes d remaining cucumber,w/melon,pineapple and d apples and pia and keep aside.
  4. By now my zobo is little beat cool,i sieve add sugar add my blended fruits,mix well.
  5. I sieve d zobo again wt fine siever(not wt too big holes no too small holes) and put in a friezer.while serving add d diced fruits in serving glass,then pour d zobo drink.
  6. Masha Allah there u have ur zobo fruits punch enjoy..
