Even if your office or home is on one of the top floors, you can choose to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the rest of the way. So many people pick the elevator over climbing even a single flight of stairs. Even just a single flight of stairs, when travelled up or down a few times a day--can be a great boost to your system.

Drink water, not alternative drinks. Soda and coffee, when consumed in moderation, aren't that bad. It is definitely, however, a bad idea to only drink soda or coffee. When you choose water more than other beverages you are helping your body remain very healthful and hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Effective weight loss efforts often depend exclusively on water ingestion.

There are all kinds of things that you can do to get healthy. An expensive gym membership and very restrictive diets are not the only way to do it. Little things, when done each day, can do plenty to help you get healthy and lose pounds. Make shrewd choices every day is a great start. A good amount of physical activity each day is also critical. Don't ignore that health isn't only about simply how much you weigh. You need to help make your body as strong you can make it.

Pomegranate Ginger Punch

Ingredients of Pomegranate Ginger Punch

  1. Prepare 2 cup of fresh pomegranate pearls.
  2. You need 1 cup of fresh mint leaves.
  3. It's 1 tbsp of grated ginger.
  4. Prepare 2 tsp of lemon juice.
  5. It's to taste of Black salt.
  6. Prepare 2 tsp of honey.
  7. Prepare 1/2 glass of club soda.

Pomegranate Ginger Punch step by step

  1. Put half of the pomegranate pearls in the mixer grinder with the little water,grind them well.
  2. Strain with the help of seive..
  3. Now muddle mint leaves and rest of the pomegranate pearls.
  4. Add ginger juice,black salt honey and lemon juice in it. Mix them well.
  5. Add crushed ice and club soda,decorate with lemon wedge and serve chilled.
